Since 1985, Michael Clements’ career has focused and concentrated on all aspects of restaurant operations including location analysis and development. Before joining the RCI organization as Director of Restaurant Operations, Mr. Clements’ career had included managerial engagements with such nationally known restaurants and organizations as The Chart House, T.G.I. Fridays and Johnny Rockets. During his 14 years with the Johnny Rockets franchise, he oversaw the growth of operations in South Florida from 1 location to a total of 12 locations.
Today, at RCI, Mr. Clements consults with and oversees all direct and indirect restaurant operations, coordinates and addresses all requirements necessary for a successful restaurant lease relationship and coordinates the design and build-out of restaurant facilities affiliated with RCI and its properties.
